Winter is cozy inside at Askew!

Winter makes The Askew Building all the more appealing as free street parking, away from the cost and madness of Downtown, makes coming and going so painless. And we are still less than one mile from the IDS! Neighborhood plans for a new access to I394 at Freemont (4 blocks away) are ongoing as is a new rail system planned to pass nearby.

We want to welcome new tenants Kevin and Lance and their new business Galen Labs. Check out their line of all natural skin care products at quality salons around the city. www.galenlabs.com

As pretty as winter is we can't wait to enjoy the new patio and plantings finshed last fall:

Originally constructed in 1934 to follow rail lines that no longer exist, the unique shape of our building gives it its name, The Askew Building. But that's not all that sets this building apart. We have just completed an exhaustive top-to-bottom renovation which features: an inviting art-filled corridor; an open, shared breakroom; two spacious bathrooms and an exterior green space highlighting views of downtown Minneapolis. The six well lit office studios have ten foot high ceilings and large five foot square windows.

Located in a commercial/residential neighborhood close to downtown Minneapolis and International Market Square (IMS), The Askew Building is also convenient to freeway access (I-94, I-394, Highway 55), bus routes, Cedar Lake bike Trail and, soon, a light rail corridor. It is a short walk to the new Twins' Target Field ballpark, the Farmers' Market and neighboring upscale retail stores. There are many parking options close by.

One of the last undeveloped arteries out of downtown, The Askew Building is located at 226 North Colfax Avenue (one block south of Glenwood Avenue and 2 blocks west of Lyndale). This is the up-and-coming spot in Minneapolis.

Fully ADA compliant, it also features both security and fire protection.

We offer six office studios ranging in size from 260 SF to 540 SF (larger combinations possible), with monthly pricing from $570.00 to $1,100.00. Each office studio has its own unique shape and personality.

The Askew Building is the most modern and creative boutique office space in the Twin Cities. Stop in and see it for yourself!
